5 Our Product and Providing the products

5.1 Products may vary slightly from their pictures. The images of the products on our site are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device's display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products. Your product may vary slightly from those images.

5.2 Product packaging may vary. The packaging of the product may vary from that shown in images on our site.

5.3 Transactions concluded through the website  

Contracts for a subscription to our Memberships or for the sale of Products formed through the Website are governed by our Terms of Sale and shall be formed under the relevant terms and conditions in use at the time the relevant Contract is entered into.

All such Contracts are binding on you and us and on our respective successors and assigns. We may transfer, assign, charge, sub-contract or otherwise dispose of (“Transfer”) of any Contract, or any of our rights or obligations arising under it, at any time during the term of the Contract.

We will contact you to let you know if we plan to do this and if your rights are adversely affected, seek your consent or give you the right to end your contract with us.

5.4 GIFT CARD/or VOUCHER

  1. Our gift card is valid for twelve months from the purchase date.

  2. Gift Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  3. Lost or stolen or destroyed gift vouchers will not be exchanged or refunded

  4. We only accept our authorised electronic vouchers.

5.5 Delivery costs.

All orders handling time is 24-48hours, following payment confirmation.

  • No minimum order for UK customers

  • A £100 minimum order applies to all international orders

  • Order delivery cost is calculated using 1kg weight, all others over 1kg will incur an extra charge.

  1. Our UK deliveries are sent by special delivery and will arrive in the next days. Always leave 24hr to 48hr for handling and package. Special delivery costs start from £5 for 1kg and we offer free special delivery shipping on UK orders over £300

  2. Our international delivery services are fully tracked with named confirmation of delivery for EU and major worldwide destinations. We use the Parcel force to deliver most of our parcels. Most of our EU deliveries are sent by value service delivery and will arrive between 5-7 days to EU and 5-14 to the rest of the world, after packaging and handling.

  3. Europe: Value service 5-7 days, starting: £13 / Express 2 - 3 days starting: £28

  4. North America: Value service 5-7 days, starting: £15 / Express 2-3 days, starting: £40

  5. South America: Value 7-10 days, starting: £21 / Express 2-4 days, starting: £47

  6. Australia/Oceania & Antarctica: Value 5-7days, starting: £19. / Express 2-4 days, starting: £49

  7. Asia: Value 5-7days, starting:£24.  / Express 1-2 days, starting: £58

  8. Africa: Value 7-14days, starting: £28. / Express 2-5 days, starting: £63

We may have a cargo delivery option to a selected part of Africa. And may have a local delivery option in countries where Dermareform has an office branch; this depends on stock availability. For bulk orders, you may contact support to discuss this delivery plan.

5.6 When we will provide the products. We will contact you with a delivery date, which will usually be within a date of 1 to 2 days for UK orders and 3 to 4 working days after the day on which you submit your order to us and made your payment.

5.7 We are not responsible for delays outside our control. If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control, then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this, we will not be liable for delays caused by the event but, if there is a risk of substantial delay, you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.

Also, If our supply of a Membership or the Products is delayed by an event outside our reasonable control (an “Event Outside Our Control”) then we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to let you know and we will where reasonably possible take steps to minimise the delay. We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under these Terms and Conditions, including any Contract between you and us, concluded under these Terms and Conditions, such as but not limited to, a contract for the sale of Products to you, that is caused by an Event Outside Our Control. An Event Outside Our Control may include for example (but without limitation) the following: strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action; civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war; fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, pandemic, epidemic or other natural disaster or other calamity affecting the health of some or all of the general public; the impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport and major disruption at ports, airports and borders; the impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks; the acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government.

Our performance under any Contract is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Event Outside Our Control continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. We will use our reasonable endeavours to bring the Event Outside Our Control to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations under any Contract may be performed despite the Event Outside Our Control. If there is a risk of substantial delay caused by the Event Outside Our Control (a delay of more than 30 days) you may contact us at contact@dermareform.com to end the Contract and receive a refund for any Membership or Products you have paid for but not received.

5.8 If you are not at home when the product is delivered. If no one is available at your address to take delivery and the products cannot be posted through your letterbox, we will leave you a note informing you of how to rearrange delivery or collect the products from a local depot.

5.9 If you do not re-arrange delivery. If, after a failed delivery to you, you do not re-arrange delivery or collect them from a delivery depot, we will contact you for further instructions and may charge you for storage costs and any further delivery costs. If despite our reasonable efforts, we are unable to contact you or re-arrange delivery or collection, we may end the contract and charge you reasonable compensation for the net costs we will incur because of you breaking the contract.

5.10 When you become responsible for the product. A product will be your responsibility from the time we deliver the product to the address you gave us, or the product is left in a location in accordance with the specific delivery instructions on your order (as the case may be).

5.11 When you own the product. You own a product once we have received payment in full.

5.12 What will happen if you do not give the required information to us? If you properly complete all the required fields on our site when you provide us with your order, we should not require any further information from you. However, if, for whatever reason, we do need further information, we will contact you.

5.13 PROMOTIONS ( we reserve the right to change OR add to our offers and promotions at any time).

Sometimes, we may give you a promotional code to reduce the price of specified Products or Memberships. Each promotional code has its own rules which will be made clear at the time of issue. Promotional codes need to be entered at the checkout to be applied to your order. Promotional codes are non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts. We may cancel or suspend a promotional code without notice where an event beyond our control affects the running of the promotion, or where we suspect fraud or technical error. Where a promotion includes a free product:

our FREE PRODUCTS terms (available here) will apply – if you cancel your Membership, we reserve the right to deduct the cost of the free Product

5.15 Our members have access to use the loyalty points to purchase many exclusive products on our website, especially our signature treatment serums.

LOYALTY PROGRAMME

5.16. Treatment serum offer - available for a limited time

As a new member, you will automatically qualify for a signature treatment serum. From your very first purchase you will earn points with every product you buy; to continue qualifying for our free signature treatment serums with your future orders.

A. This applies to treatment serum 5% to 25% strength. 

B. You need three hundred points per a treatment serum

C. You can only qualify for a serum on the area you've purchased products, e.g. if you purchase face products, you can only use your point on face treatment serum and if you purchase body products you will qualify for a body treatment serum.

D. You need a minimum order of £150 to qualify for a treatment face serum and a minimum order of £200 for a body treatment serum

E. We decide the strength of the treatment serum to give to a customer.

No, the displayed price list is not taxed inclusive; we calculate and add vat when totalling your purchase, however, we currently have a vat free offer period, this offer is available for a limited. We understand how difficult it could be and cost to look your absolute best and we are here to support you every step of the way. This offer is available for a limited time, we reserve the right to change this or add VAT to our retail products at any time.

6 Your rights to end the contract

6.1 You can always end your contract with us. Your rights when you end the contract will depend on what you have bought, whether there is anything wrong with it, how we are performing and when you decide to end the contract:

(a)If what you have bought is faulty or misdescribed, you may have a legal right to end the contract (or to get the product replaced or to get some or all of your money back), see clause 8;

(b)If you want to end the contract because of something we have done or have told you we are going to do, see clause 6.2;

(c)If you have just changed your mind about the product, see clause 6.3. You may be able to get a refund if you are within the cooling-off period, but this may be subject to deductions and you will have to pay the costs of return of any product.

6.2 If what you have bought is faulty or misdescribed, you may have a legal right to end the contract We will contact you with a delivery date, which will usually be within a date 3 to 4 working days after the day on which you submit your order to us: (a)we have told you about an error in the price or description of the product you have ordered, and you do not wish to proceed: (b)there is a risk that the supply of the products may be significantly delayed because of events outside our control: (c)you have a legal right to end the contract because of something we have done wrong.
