Where are Dermareform products manufactured?
All Dermareform products are manufactured in ENGLAND.
Are Dermareform products vegan-friendly?
NO, some active ingredients selected by Dermareform are of animal and fish origin. Collagen and caviar originates from fish (from the fishing industry) and bee origin, honey and beeswax originated from bees.
Are Dermareform products tested on animals?
We do not carry out tests on animals and thus abide by the law which prohibits such methods. During product development, our raw materials selected with utmost care, ensuring that none have been tested on animals, in compliance with the provisions of EC Regulation No. 1223/2009.
How long can you keep a product before you open it?
All our formulas have a proven stability of 30 months. Under these conditions, according to the European Cosmetics Regulation, these products are not required to carry an expiry date.
How long can I keep a product after opening?
We specify the PAO or 'Period After Opening' on the label. This means you will find an icon of an open container indicating the recommended period of use once the packaging has been opened. This generally ranges from 6 months (6M) to 12 months (12M).
Do Dermareform products contain parabens?
NO, none of our products contain parabens.
Do Dermareform products contain allergens?
Allergens are substances originating from scents (e.g.: benzyl alcohol, limonene, citral, linalool, etc. there are 26 listed to date). As Dermareform products are scented, they may contain allergens, to people who react to scents. These are then listed at the end of the composition to make them easier to identify for individuals affected by allergies. People who have no allergies have no reason to avoid using these substances.
N.B.: The same system applies in the food sector. This allows someone who is allergic to nuts, for example, to avoid eating them. However, the rest of the population who are not affected by this allergy can consume nuts-based products without fear.
Where can I find the list of ingredients?

How do I become a DR member?
To have a membership account, all you must do is visit our website www.dermareform.com and create your account. After signing up, choose a preferred consultation, once you complete these steps, you are automatically added to our membership list.
What benefit do a member receive?

Is Dermarefom price vat inclusive?
No, displayed price list is not taxed inclusive; we calculate and add vat when totalling your purchase, however we currently have a vat free offer period, this offer is available for a limited. We understand how difficult it could be and cost to look your absolute best and we are here to ensure that buying our most expensive products will only cost you no penny than a couple of points

How can I obtain samples?
You can contact us, using the contact form on our website to request for some free samples.
Do you have minimum order?
We do not have minimum order for UK orders, however, there is a £100 minimum order for all international purchase
How long is your delivery?
All orders handling time is 24-48hours following payment is confirmed.
Order’s delivery cost is calculated using 1kg weight, all others over 2kg will incur an extra charge.

Our UK deliveries are sent by special delivery and will arrive in the next days. Always leave 24hr to 48hr for handling and package. Special delivery cost 1kg £5.

Our international delivery services are fully tracked with named confirmation of delivery for EU and major worldwide destinations. We use the Parcel force to deliver most of our parcels. Most of our EU deliveries are sent by value service delivery and will arrive between 5-7 days to EU and 5-14 to the rest of the world, after packaging and handg.

Can I track my delivery?
If your order has tracking details, you will find this information on your order dispatch email, (all our purchase has tracking number). If this information is not on your dispatch email, there is no tracking number available. If your parcel remains undelivered you can contact your local delivery office and they will be able to confirm if your parcel is being held.
Has my order been dispatched?
We will always email you to let you know when your order has been sent.
When will I receive my order?
You will usually receive your order within the mentioned time frame above. Please note that orders are occasionally delayed due to bank and public holidays, and it is recommended to allow extra time for your order to arrive during these periods.

Can I return my products?
For health and safety purpose, we do not accept the return of opened products. We stand behind our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Dermareform products, we offer a full refund, excluding your return shipping cost, please more information on terms and condition

If you decide to return your product after products have been dispatched to you or you have received them, you must contact us to confirm a return address. The product/s must be unopened and in the same condition you received. You can return product within 14 days of receiving the product.
If you are returning any products, please package them well to prevent any damage during transport.
If you have any difficulty or have any other queries regarding the returns procedure, our Customer Services Department will be able to assist; contact us using the above contact information.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept liability for returned goods that we do not receive, or for those that get damaged in shipping on their return. It is important that returned Products are in the best possible condition, so please take reasonable care of them and keep all packaging where possible.
If we have sent you the wrong items, or your order is faulty (see Faulty or Damaged Products), damaged or not as described on arrival, please contact us. We will refund the postal charges you incur to return such items. Please make sure that you obtain proof of postage from your post office. If you cancel an order pursuant to “Your Return Rights”, we will not (unless otherwise stated) refund the postal charges you incur to return such items.
Do you exchange products?
You may be able to exchange your product if you informed us of your intentions and reposted your original product (in good condition, unopened and not used) within 14 days of receiving the product (ensure the product/s is unopened and in the same condition you received). We will send out a product upon receipt of the original product/s.
Can I ask for a refund?
If you decide to return your products (“Your Cancellation Rights”) we will issue your refund to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt of the returned Products. In all other cases, your refund will be made within 14 days of you telling us that you have changed your mind.
We cannot accept liability, nor can we take responsibility for any bank charges that you may have incurred during the order process.
