Order handling
All orders are handled within 24–48 hours of payment being confirmed. Please allow this handling time on top of the delivery times below.
UK delivery
UK orders are sent by Special Delivery and arrive in the next days after handling.
International delivery
International deliveries are fully tracked with named confirmation of delivery for the EU and major worldwide destinations. Most parcels are delivered by Parcelforce.
Tracking your order
Every purchase has a tracking number, which you will find in your dispatch email. We will always email you to let you know when your order has been sent.
If your parcel remains undelivered, contact your local delivery office — they can confirm whether your parcel is being held.
Delays
You will usually receive your order within the time frames above. Orders are occasionally delayed by bank and public holidays, so please allow extra time during these periods.
